Our Stockholm office will be taking on lawyers for a full-time position as Associate.

Who are we?

Osborne Clarke has a strong international presence, with offices across Europe, Asia and the US – and we provide support to US clients looking to expand into Europe. Our Stockholm office opened in September 2017 and is led by a dynamic, growing team with many years’ experience advising both Nordic and international businesses in Commercial/IP & Technology, Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, and Real Estate transactions.

About the position

We are looking to hire newly graduated lawyers and lawyers with up to 3 years of experience and genuine interest in working within one of the following fields:

  • Commercial/IP & Technology
  • Banking & Finance
  • Corporate/M&A
  • Real Estate

You will be part of a growing and driven team building up Osborne Clarke’s Stockholm office and work with top-tier businesses in Sweden and the world. In order to be considered for the role, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Up to 3 years’ previous work experience at a law firm
  • Law degree with excellent academic merits
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and Swedish
  • Strong work ethics combined with the ability and willingness to take responsibility and work hard to deliver excellent client service

Our recruitment process is straightforward and usually involves two interviews with associates and partners. Our interviews are relaxed conversations and give you the opportunity to ask questions. For our junior roles, the process may involves an additional assessment day.
