We are looking for passionate and humble graduates to join the SEB Group Compliance Officer Program 2017 in Stockholm. Our vision is to deliver world class service and therefore we need committed and driven people working together striving for simplicity in the age of digitization.
What we offer
The program starts in September and runs for one year. You will work as a Junior Compliance Officer and be trained in relevant areas. You will get a good understanding of our business, products and financial regulations. You will also gain insight into our global compliance work and have the possibility to immerse in different areas of the compliance field. After the 12 month trial period, the goal is to offer you a permanent position as a Junior Compliance Officer within one of our divisions.

Group Compliance is responsible for ensuring compliance quality, driving and promoting compliance issues on behalf of the management and the Board of Directors. We inform advice, monitor and follow up compliance issues for the SEB Group. We are a global and independent function with significant visibility within the bank. We promote a strong compliance culture, where SEB meet the regulatory requirements and we also always act with a strong ethical and moral compass.

What we seek
You are a team player with strong communication and social skills as well as high integrity. You are thorough and detail oriented, while being able to keep a holistic perspective. You have a strong interest in financial regulations in the banking and securities area as well as being business and solution oriented. You have strong analytical & problem solving skills and you are a quick learner.
You have a recent university degree in law/ business with additional commercial law or equivalent. You are fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish. Furthermore you have acquired experience through working or extra curriculum activities and it is beneficial if you have studied or worked abroad. Technical skills are meriting since we have a strong digital focus in SEB.
