Have you just kicked off your career and are you looking for a job within compliance?
Nordnet is a pan-Nordic leading digital platform for savings and investments. In order to meet the strict requirements regulating our business, we are looking to add an additional member to our compliance team at our headquarters in Stockholm.
You will be given the opportunity to work within a young, progressive and flexible organization characterized by innovation. Nordnet’s compliance team currently consists of ten employees, of which seven are located at the headquarters in Stockholm and this is also where you will be based. We work with a Nordic perspective and serve all companies within the group. You will have an important role in ensuring compliance throughout Nordnet’s business as well as in developing the compliance department together with the rest of the team.
As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will have the possibility to work with all of Nordnet’s business areas, including, banking, insurance and securities markets.
Your main tasks will include:
- Work related to internal processes and routines within the compliance function,
- Monitoring the business’ compliance and conduct compliance control activities,
- Giving advice and support on regulatory issues,
- Monitoring new and revised regulations,
- Participating in processes related to new products and services,
- Educating and informing the business,
- Actively identify potential areas of improvement for the compliance function.
You will work closely with the business together with the rest of the compliance team.
This is you
You have probably just finalized your law degree and have a passionate interest for the financial markets. You might already have started working within the industry, maybe within the compliance or legal department of a financial institution, as a consultant or perhaps at Finansinspektionen.
You are pragmatic, yet analytical, structured and enjoy working close to the business in a supportive role. Within compliance it is key to possess a high degree of integrity. You enjoy working independently as well as together with colleagues within different parts of the business.
You communicate easily both in Swedish and English.
