Roschier is looking to hire Executive Legal Assistants to join its Stockholm office

Job description
In your role as an Executive Legal Assistant you will work closely with our lawyers, providing high-quality administrative support and services, together with your colleagues. Your duties will include preparing materials for meetings, invoicing, managing calendars and making travel arrangements, drafting and proofreading documents, CRM administration and arranging meetings and events. As an active member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to participate in and be responsible for internal development projects, thereby contributing to maintaining our strong position as one of the leading business law firms in the Nordic region.
What we are looking for
You are a talented and determined professional with at least a 2-3 years’ work experience as an Executive Assistant or the equivalent, preferably at a professional services firm.
You have:
- a good command of the MS Office programs, especially Word and PowerPoint
- good communication skills in Swedish and English
- the ability to work independently but also in a team
- a proactive approach and a positive can-do attitude
- the ability to provide the highest level of service and take pride in doing so
